Normally the bride is the one who finds a photographer for their wedding but it was the other way around with Jay & Heather. Jay had messaged me and we talked through everything before I even had a chance to talk to Heather. I am pretty sure I was already locked in and booked for their wedding before I even spoke with Heather! But, when we got on the phone we spent countless hours talking, going through all the details of her wedding day. Heather and Jay have such a special spot in my heart. Jay is best friends with one of my cousins and has been around the family for so many years. It was so great to see him get married to Heather. There is so much I could say about this couple, but one of the things I love about them is their style. She had the most beautiful dress, shoes..and her jewelry was to. die. for!
Her mamma was so excited and emotional to see her come down the grand steps and up the isle. It was so sweet to see.
Even with the threat of rain, we were pretty darn determined to do this wedding outside and I’m so thankful we did! The light was gorgeous!
I Love, love, love this shot of Jay & Heather’s first kiss. She just grabbed his face and pulled him in!
Weddings at the Broz has to be one of my most favorite locations I’ve ever photographed a wedding before. They are completely set up to provide the best experience for every bride and groom.
